Chief metallurgist
Duties: introduction and control of melting and casting of steel (structural and high-alloy) in electric arc furnaces, and of secondary treatment (vacuum degassing).
Requirements: under 50 years of age, a higher education in metallurgy, preferably MISIS, and at least 3 years as chief process engineer at a steel plant. Knowledge of current melting and casting practice (ladle furnace, vacuum degasser, bottom-pouring).
Conditions: pay is discussed with the candidate, help with relocation, housing allowance, benefits package.
Head of sales (structural and alloy steels)
Duties: organising the sales department of a producer in commercial ingots and rolled products. Market segmentation, a system for working with distributors and end users, and pricing. Managing the sales department and building the company's sales policy.
Requirements: a higher education, preferably in metallurgy, knowledge of the B2B market, and at least 2 years managing sales of long products.

Director of tool production
Duties: developing and optimising toolmaking technology. Work with the Unified System for Design Documentation and process route cards. Introducing lean production of saws and knives, and managing product quality.
Requirements: a higher education in metalworking, metal cutting, or machines and mechanisms; experience as chief process engineer or designer in tool production and an excellent knowledge of metalworking technology, or experience as production director in a metalworking (tool) plant.

Head of sales (industrial tools: saws and knives)
Duties: organising the sales department of a producer of industrial saws and knives. Market segmentation, a system for working with distributors and end users, and pricing. Managing the sales department and building the company's sales policy.
Requirements: a higher technical education in metalworking, knowledge of the B2B market, and at least 2 years managing sales in industry (machine building, metalworking, woodworking or the paper industry).
